The entire MI.SO. machining process follows the current international standard, as guaranteed by the UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 certification.
In order to guarantee an high production standard we have a quality control room with: Computerized detection machine that controls the dimensions of the part using laser scan, profile projector, roughness tester, micrometers and digital calibers.
Each phase is verified, from the raw material acceptance to every single step of the production. The machined parts are constantly checked in order to offer only high standard products that satisfy our customer's specific requirements.
If the customer does not have a high detailed drawing, our technical office can contribute to its development, in order to check its feasibility for the production and, if necessary, give advices on how to improve, where it is possible, the part in order to make the machining easier and cheaper.
During the final step parts are properly packaged and prepared for the shipment. In case of abroad shipment, the packing is directly prepared according to ISPM-15 standards.
Thanks to the care of all the details, MI.SO. is synonymous with quality, in Italy and abroad.
